I will state below all ha t I think about this season :
Please excuse me I have no arabic keybord.
Comment on what I think

1- Even if need the champions league's money i think it is better for Lazio to have only gotten Europa League : We are not competitive enough to play against Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern or Dortmund. This year we tried to play Europa League, Serie A and Coppa Italia and everybody was saying "we can't play on 3 fronts" so we don't have to be sad if we did not get Champions.
The fact that Napoli did not get champions is good because the big players (Lavezzi and Cavani) will certainly leave, leaving Napoli with not much to compete in next years season.
We will have to get to 1/4 finals in Europa, try to win the coppa italia and fight for the 3rd or second place in the Serie A : these must be our objectives.
The money is not a problem because :
a) we have more attendences in the stadium so money is beginning to come to the club slowly
b) we have Macron's contract : extra $$ for Lazio
c) we will have a new sponsor on our shirt so these few million $$ are good

2- Lotito understands now that he needs to pay to have a competitive club. In the mercato, we need :
a) 2 strong and young defender
b) 1 middfielder as we have a very good centers : Candreva, hernanes (i will get back to him later), Lulic, Mauri, etc...)
c) 2 or 3 very good and renowned attackers : International attackers

3- On the leaving players side:
we need to send Alfaro to serie B
we need to sell Hernanes for 20-25 millions : He is not playing anymore and his performance is nearly ZERO : let's sell him in order to get some young players.
We need to sell Zarate to Inter for 10-15 millions
We need Ceccarelli back from Juve Stabbia and play him alongside Mauri and Cadreva !
We need to sell Kozak : I play better than him

4- We have to change the medical staff and the physical preparers : it's not normal to have 7 out of 11 players injured
it's ok to have 1 or 2 or even 3 but not 7

5- I want Reja to stay because he did miracles with what he has
He just need to play the young Primavera players
If we ought to change Reja : let's get Mazzari, Capello or Simeone
otherwise Reja knows the team better than anyone
